By providing information, resources and consultation that will assist you in making informed child care choices.

By providing free referrals to child care facilities in your area that offer the type of child care services that you need.

By providing referrals to other community agencies and services, including child care subsidy and supported child development services.
Child Care referrals from our database...
We maintain a comprehensive data base of child care facilities in the areas of Delta, Surrey and White Rock.
Through information you give us we can then link you to child care choices that may meet your family’s needs. All licensed child care facilities are facilities which have met the child care regulations specific to the type of care they are providing as established in the Community Care Facility Act.
All Registered Licensed Not Required care providers have agreed and committed to the CCRR registration
requirements.
Child Care Options Resource & Referral Program provides callers with names of persons/facilities that may be suitable for your child care needs. It is the family’s responsibility to determine if the care provider/facility meets their needs. Neither OPTIONS nor the CCRR is responsible for any action that is or is not taken by the family or child care provider/facility.
Terms of Use
Use of the services of the Child Care Resource and Referral Program is voluntary. If a family chooses to use any of the services, the family expressly agrees:

To assume any and all risks involved in the selection of the child care arrangement;

That the Child Care Resource and Referral Program staff and the Board of Directors are not responsible for the choice of child care,
and
-
That the staff and Board of Directors of the Child Care Resource and Referral Program are excluded from any and all liability for negligence arising in connection with the referral services provided, and/or the actions of any child care provider selected by the parent.
